 Need to Know: Japan hit again 7.1 quake Monday.

Up, up and away! Farther away than they could have ever imagined! Six-year-old Abby Gardner of England and her siblings released a balloon into the air with a message attached to mark New Year’s Day. Unbeknownst to them, that balloon floated all the way to the tiny Asian nation of Laos! That’s a journey of 6,000 miles! The kids received a postcard from a man named Mr. Chang, informing them that he had found their balloon message near the Mekong River. He also wrote about the differences in the weather and food in England and Asia. It really is a small world after all!
