I have recently discovered a great recipe for barbecue pulled pork. I slow cook some pork sirloins for 4 or 6 hours in some water. PULL pork. Put it back in slow cooker mixed with barbecue sauce (recipe to follow) and let cook for another hour.
Barbecue sauce is 1 cup ketchup, 1 to 2 Tablespoons horseradish and 2T dijon mustard, 1 to 2 tsp soy sau
ce and 2 Tablespoons molasses. Margo
