SURVIVOR SETTLES ‘EYE OF THE TIGER’ SUIT WITH NEWT

With his failed presidential run long since in the rearview mirror, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich has finally put a lawsuit filed against his campaign to bed as well. Survivor founding member Frankie Sullivan, who co-wrote the band’s biggest hit “Eye of the Tiger,” and the politician have reached a settlement in a lawsuit Sullivan filed over Gingrich’s unauthorized use of the song. Sullivan was demanding unspecified damages over copyright infringement, but the two parties have now reached an agreement of which details were not announced

Nope, this isn’t a photograph. It’s an incredibly realistic-looking drawing made using ballpoint pens.
