Two fast food chains are working on their customer service- but for different reasons. Last week, Taco Bell announced they would be giving their menu a healthy makeover…eventually. The company has promised to make 20% of its combo meals meet a third of the federal government’s recommended dietary guidelines by 2020. Well, that’s a start! In other news, McDonald’s is responding to increased customer complaints about poor service by encouraging employees to be friendlier. Do you want fries- and a smile- with that?
