Dale Dixon was in studio today warning us once again to not click on a link sent to you by an e-mail. He was referring to the latest scam involving Verizon who is encouraging customers to go to paperless billing. Scammers are getting so good they're imitating the email and getting people to click a link that will download who knows what damaging virus, or a bug that will eventually sell your soul (slight exaggeration). He encourages us to just go to the website and independently confirm the source. He said you can tell that a link is not what it's claiming to be by hovering your mouse over the link and reading the url address. Hover here and hear more
