Smoke from the Pioneer Fire will stick around as well, creating hazy conditions from the Boise Mountains into the Treasure and Magic Valleys. Some smoke may even spill into the Wood River Valley (Hailey/Ketchum area). Sunshine will be in abundance this week, with no real cloud cover expected until Saturday.
Friday looks to be the hottest day this week at 102°. Then, it looks like "cooler" air finally moves in for Sunday and Monday, dropping temperatures into more normal territory: the low 90s.Read full story
